The greatest challenge for our musculoskeletal health is to deal with gravity. Sitting down for long hours poses some serious challenges to our spinal health and yet, this is what many of us do, most of the time.
It is not enough to just change the angles of our work station. We must also learn to compensate for the fact that we are not designed for sitting down all day long in front of the computer. At Soho Physiotherapy we achieve this through simple postural correction exercises, office strategy and planning.
We aim to educate and give people ideas and solutions so that they can make the right choices for their musculoskeletal health in the office.
