Running School is based on Functional Rehabilitation. It is first and foremost about moving well. We want to feel like we are floating across the ground and not crashing into it. Good technique usually leads to better performance and reduced risk of injury.
Our running school sessions are especially useful for people who spend a lot of time sitting down in an office environment. We aim to correct fundamental muscle imbalances and build a good base of support from which to generate movement more efficiently.
