We provide sports massage and deep tissue therapy to support circulation, reduce tension, and promote healing—ideal for desk-related stress or athletic recovery.
Ergonomic Workplace Assessment
Working long hours at a screen near Liverpool Street? Our ergonomic assessments help correct poor posture, reduce muscle fatigue, and prevent repetitive strain caused by desk setups.
Running Assessments
We assess running biomechanics using video gait analysis to identify imbalances and help prevent common issues like shin splints, runner’s knee, or Achilles pain.
Repetitive Strain Injuries
Frequent typing, manual handling, or phone use can cause RSI in the hands, elbows, and shoulders. We provide targeted physio and ergonomic strategies to resolve the underlying cause.
Low Back Pain
Lower back pain is one of the most common conditions we treat. Our Liverpool Street patients benefit from spinal mobilisation, core rehab, and education on safe movement.
Neck Pain
Tech neck, workstation posture, and stress all contribute to neck pain. Our physiotherapists use manual therapy and mobility drills to relieve stiffness and restore comfort.
Shoulder Pain
From impingement to rotator cuff tears, our shoulder rehab plans include manual release, mobility training, and progressive loading to restore pain-free movement.
Knee Injuries
Our physios help manage ACL rehab, patellar tracking issues, and general knee instability using functional strength, stability training, and return-to-activity planning.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity.
Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue that lines, supports and ensheathes the other soft tissues and vital organs.
Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Move well with skill and technique. Our mission is to get you moving well and pain free so that you can enjoy life as fully as possible.
